Job Description

To establish good interpersonal relations with the customers at all levels
2. Perform installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair ofsupplied equipment including Air Compressors, Dryers, Vacuum
Pumps, and Marking Machines.
3. Manage and execute Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) andpreventive maintenance for various Product.
4. Continuously upgrade product knowledge through self-learningand participation in OEM training programs.
5. Must visit all the client as suggested by the Reporting Manager
6. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning, and other service-related activities.
7. Gather and utilize market intelligence to improve service qualityand identify new business opportunities.
8. Maintain service reports, feedback forms, and documentation inline with company standards.
9. Provide technical support to sales and application teams duringclient meetings or product demos.
10. Provide Guidance for junior service engineers when required

Desired profile of the candidate:

Technical knowhow of the Air compressor, Dryer, Chillers, AHU, Vacuum Systems, Gas Generator,
• Tools & Tackers, Mechatronics skills, Safety.
• Excellent communication and tracking skills
• Willing to work in team-based environment
• Must have 2/4 Wheeler with valid Driving License
• Must have knowledge of Computer, Internet browsing, MS Office

team) for spare parts and service requirements.

8. Escalate unresolved technical issues or customer concerns to
the Senior Service Engineer or Reporting Manager.
9. Maintain proper care of company tools, instruments, and service
vehicles (if assigned)
